This week, we are removing debris created by tree demolition. On the west side, work continues on the excavation of a second detention pond. We are reusing the displaced dirt as fill for low areas of site. We also made great progress installing a storm sewer across the site.

As you can see from the latest aerial photography above, sitework is well underway at the new Village on Pooler Parkway. Tree removal and grubbing are complete and building pad construction is in progress.
The detention pond excavation is now moving along, and storm sewer excavation and installation are on schedule.
