Welcome to Pooler, GA–the gateway to Savannah–where we’re building The Village on Pooler Parkway. These 20 acres sit just north of the intersection of I-16 and I-95, which run east to west and from Maine to Miami, respectively. When completed in 2014, the 143,000 square foot retail center will serve the rapidly growing Pooler community, home to Gulfstream Corporation and the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. Construction is underway now. Join us as we chronicle the development of this special job.
